    Thank you for joining the Members Hub!

    To make sure you maximize the benefits of your subscription, here is a quick guide to navigating the content and learnings.

    STEP 1

    Join the larger community of digital publishers

    We have an active community of digital publishers, media tech professionals, SEO experts, and content strategists on our Slack channel.

    While it’s not a must, which is why we don’t automatically add all new members, we strongly encourage to join the channel. Introduce yourself, browse through the resources shared by other members, ask questions, source tips, and share useful information with others.

    STEP 2

    Add the SEO & Digital Publishing podcast to your feed

    We regularly publish new podcast episodes, where we discuss subjects like news SEO, ad tech, monetization strategies, revenue growth, etc. with industry experts and veterans. While we make many episodes available to all our readers, as a member, you will get access to ALL episodes.

    Make sure you are signed into your SODP account. Then, subscribe to the podcast using your preferred app.

    STEP 3

    Register to attend the next office hours

    Every month, we host Office Hours – a 1-hour discussion-based session. Each edition is planned around a different topic. For example, our past editions covered topics like optimizing editorial workflows, holiday monetization strategies, Google News SEO, how to measure content effectiveness, etc.

    This is a great chance to connect with other community members, ask questions, and get tips.

    STEP 4

    Read the Weekly Bulletin

    At the end of each week, we will send you the Weekly Bulletin – a newsletter exclusively for community members. It contains a feed of the latest articles published on the members hub, a summary of what the community on Slack is discussing, any relevant updates and announcements, a list of upcoming industry events, and more.

    There’s nothing you need to do. Just wait for the next issue to arrive in your mailbox.

    STEP 5

    Get started on the course

    The content cluster course is a step-by-step guide to maximizing the organic traffic of your content. You’ll learn what topic pillars and clusters are, how to conduct keyword research, audit your content to identify gaps, select among the array of content formats, conduct a technical audit of your content, set up the right SEO strategy, and more.

    This course gives you access to educational videos, ready-to-use templates, and other useful resources.

    STEP 6

    Start reading the articles

    Our editorial team publishes new content on the members hub weekly. Organized according to the subject – SEO, content strategy, monetization, social media, etc. – the articles offer exclusive content in the form of industry insights, how-to guides, templates, summaries of office hours in case you missed one of the sessions, and more.

    STEP 7

    Schedule a strategy call
