Adobe to acquire video advertising platform TubeMogul

The merger ‘will provide a unified advertising and data management solution that enables brands to precisely identify the right segments and plan, execute and measure paid media across any device,’ said Brett Wilson, CEO of TubeMogul

SAN JOSE, Calif. – November 10, 2016 — Adobe today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TubeMogul for approximately $540 million net of debt and cash.
